Return Policy for Zoo Ornaments Store

1. Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from the Zoo Ornaments Store. If unsatisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, don't hesitate to contact us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable.
